Worldwide coverage for the things you did or failed to do, for which the courts hold you legally liable. These are claims arising from mistakes or just poor judgement. For example, if you were at the mall and set a parcel down and someone tripped over it and injured themselves, if you were deemed 'negligent' by leaving your parcel on the floor and had to pay damages, you would be covered.

Liability arising out of ownership, occupancy or use of premises in conjunction with your farm operations. For example, if a neighbour visiting your farm trips on a loose porch step and injures themselves, this would be covered under premises liability.

Liability arising out of normal farming operations both when on and off your premises. For example, if you were driving your tractor to another farming location and had an accident, say colliding with another vehicle-the damage to the other persons's vehicle and their injuries would be covered under farming operations liability.

Coverage for injuries caused to another person for which you are not legally liable, maximum $2000.

Coverage for damage to someone else's property unintentionally caused by you or intentionally caused by a member of your household under age 12. Maximum amount payable is $500 or actual cash value of the property at the time of loss or damage.
